WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We are happy to refund or exchange any product within 7 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately if the product has been opened we are unable to provide a refund or exchange as it would conflict with the current Australian Health and Safety Regulations. If a product is broken in transit to you we will replace the product free of charge.
HOW SOON AFTER STARTING A HEALTH PROGRAM OR PERSONALISED TREATMENT SHOULD I START FEELING OR SEEING A DIFFERENCE?
This is a difficult question to answer as we are all unique and have different health impacts, including genetics, diet, past history etc. It also depends on what is being treated. Generally though it is realistic to expect that for every year of illness it will take about a month to treat, or for every month of illness it will take a week to treat, and so on.

RECENTLY I SENT MY PRESCRIPTION TO THE DISPENSARY TO BE FILLED, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT DELIVERY?
We aim to fill prescriptions within 24 hours from receiving your order. Your order is sent via Express, so in optimal circumstances you should expect your delivery within 2-5 business days.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
If for whatever reason you are unable to attend your appointment you may easily cancel/reschedule your appointment via the link provided in your meeting confirmation email within 24 hours notice. If under 24 hours please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Us form or LiveChat, both available online.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY PRACTITIONER MEMBERSHIP?
Please inform us as soon as possible about any changes to your membership in writing. We are best contactable regarding these matters via email or Contact Us form.
DO YOU USE ANY BRANDS THAT TEST ON ANIMALS OR ARE DERIVED FROM ANIMALS?
We consciously support brands that share our vision on reducing environmental impacts and that includes harming of animals. There are certain circumstances whereby some products contain ingredients derived from animal (but are not harmed in the process), so in this case we can direct you towards vegan friendly options and/or speak about potential dietary alternatives.

We are excited for you, it will be an insightful experience. A Naturopath’s role includes comprehensive questioning to help identify the cause of your presenting complaint/s and educate you about important aspects of your treatment plan.
do i need to be a botaniq practitioner to access products in the natural dispensary for my patients?Â
Absolutely not! Our dispensary is open to all practitioners, no matter where or how you choose to practice. Simply head over to the Dispensary to upload a prescription. You will need to also create a ‘customer’ account for the patient here. Once we receive a prescription for a patient we will then update their account to ‘patient’ so they are able to access product information and purchase product from the Dispensary Shop. What types of natural health practitioners offer health care rebates?
Unfortunately as of 1st of April 2019, private health care rebates were made no longer available for naturopathic treatments. The changes, at the time were supported by the Australian Medical Association, the Department of Health, and Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt.
We hope this changes in the future, however at this stage only nutritionists can offer private health care rebates through a select number of health funds including NIB (AAMI, Suncorp, Qantas Health Insurance & APIA), Australian Health Management, AHM, Australian Unity, CUA, GU Health, HBF, Health.com.au, LaTrobe Health Services, Medibank Private, Mildura District Health Fund (MDHF), Phoenix Health Fund, Police Health, Queensland Country Health, St Lukes Health, and Westfund – as of July 2021. Always check your private health policy and/or speak to your private health care provider for the most accurate information. Your practitioner must also be registered for health care rebates, so please refer to each individual profile for details, or alternatively raise the question in your complimentary consultation.

We currently use Australia Post to deliver our parcels Express throughout Australia. See below expected delivery times and freight information. Unfortunately we do not offer International delivery at this stage, however plan to in the future.
